Ginger water –

Ingredients: Ginger, Black Pepper, Cinnamon

At the same time, black pepper contains vitamin C, which is an essential element to increase immunity. Along with this, cinnamon is one such spice which is a great source of antioxidants.

Method of preparation – For this, put a stick of cinnamon in a cup of water and boil it for a minute. Now mash an inch thick piece of freshly grated ginger and submerge it in ginger water for 2 minutes. Add a piece of black pepper to it and drink it for a while.

Use Lemon Grass Tonic –

Ingredients: Celery seeds, turmeric and lemongrass

Method of preparation – For this, put celery seeds and some leaves of lemon grass in hot water and boil it. Now leave it for two minutes. Finally add turmeric and stir well. It is ready.

Honey mixture –

Ingredients: honey, garlic, cumin

Method of preparation – For this, add a pinch of cumin seeds in hot water and leave it for 2 minutes. Now peel one clove of garlic separately. After this, cut the garlic into small pieces and leave the garlic for 10-15 minutes to activate the enzyme. Now add 1/2 tbsp raw honey to it.
